dear went in army le.
Miss him... hope everything goes smoothly for him. =)

ive started working too
so far so good. although abit stressful
cux needa rmb the shops and directions within these few days.
u know Suntec is how BIG
realli big. 5 towers okiesss...few hundred shops?
i did made some mistakes
like giving the wrong directions
or telling them the longer routes to destination etc
realli feel bad and sorry to the customers

pple there are quite good
i mean my Collegues
All are Malays. except me and another girl
hahaha
they are realli funny
and friendly
teach me patiently
and encouraged me alot ^^

as for customers
yea. some are v nice and friendly.
who says thank you and greet u after or when enquiring
while others gives attitude or even scold u
currently ive nt been complained or scolded by any customers
i hope i wun.. esp during weekends when the customers and traffic are high
hope i can master the directories fast. at least i feel more confident.
hahahs

today a customer came to enquire abt her lost wallet.
she alreadi made a report ytd
bt came again today
cux the staff ytd made some mistakes to the lost report
so in the end had to file report again
dragged for v long
and after tt i noticed she abit cranky
on leading her to the security dept
she toked and frowned to herself.
as if toking to someone
at first Amina aka 'mother' said some pple are lidat
nt mental problem
bt after tt the lady jux kept walking around our counter
for v long.
hiding behind the pillar
if nt jiu walk back and forth in front of the counter
haahas
then amina auntie say ya.. realli is haywired. hahah!
she look quite scary.abit haggard...shagged. hunched.
i hope she dun come again tml..

tml working afternoon shift again..
gg to reach home late again.
bt ok la.
this job isnt v tiring
jux v boring. and stressful for newcomer like me
who din shop at Suntec b4.. im realli a kuku of Suntec la...
